Shipping Options:

Most orders are processed within 48 hours. We offer Standard Service (2-7 days), and 2-Day Service. All in-transit times are business days (M-F). We use Priority Mail and UPS.

Vaccines and perishables are sent via 2-Day Service, Monday-Wednesday to ensure safe arrival. All vaccines and perishables are sent in a cooler with ice packs. When a perishable item is chosen, a cooler/ice pack charge will be added to your shopping cart for every 12 perishable items.

Please note that we charge only the actual shipping costs from our warehouse in Nebraska to your shipping address.

Seasonal: due to adverse weather conditions, UPS and USPS have issued warnings that Overnight and 2nd Day Shipping may be subject to delays in affected areas.
